Shipping and Membership : Shipping of our digital products will be done within 48 hrs after making full payments.Physical products will take more time to deliver for eg: Canopy will take at least 7 to 10 days to deliver. Physical products delivery details will be sent to you after making the payments.

Cancellation Policy : Customised products like Canopy cannot be cancelled after finalisation.All digital products once delivered cannot be cancelled but if the customer is not happy with any aspect then we will do the necessary changes in the product but complete cancellation cannot be done.

Return Policy : All our products are customised so they cannot be returned because customised products cannot be sold to any other customers . but if the customer is not happy with any aspect then we will do the necessary changes in the product but return off the product cannot be done.

Refund Policy: Refund of any payment can be done only if the customer cancels the order before finalisation. Once the order is finalised and it is sent for processing then no refund can be done
